The space
We are excited to bring you the quiet Covedale Home!

Toss the ball with your family in the backyard! Have your family and friends sitting on the outdoor furniture while you get dinner fired up.

Sit and wait for the rest of your group to arrive in the comfort of a beautifully designed back patio. All with a glass of wine or a coffee from the Keurig.

We paid homage to the home's chic design with our decorations and furnishings. All of the furniture is hand picked including multiple couches, chairs, a desk, three memory foam queen sized beds, one memory foam king sized bed, 2 Roku TVs and a washer/dryer.

The space is hooked up with a 50" Roku TV that provides multiple entertainment options. Netflix has lots of movies and shows & Pandora has lots of music options.

High-speed wireless connectivity is included for free. The house is only minutes away from Uptown Charlotte, Matthews, and highways.

There is plenty of dedicated parking in the driveway in front of the house and street parking in front of the house is available if needed.

Finally, remember to look for the Teal Door!
Guest access
You will have access to the property via smart locks. Your personal code will be sent to you 24 hours before check-in. Enjoy the fenced in backyard and firepit with plenty of space to roam around!
Additional notes
You have access to a Pack'n'Play if needed. Very helpful if traveling with small children!
